These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Breakthrough course (the "Course") provided by BreakthroughcourseLLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Course, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access the Course.
1. Lifetime Access & Use
When you purchase Breakthrough: The Screenwriting Course, you receive lifetime access to the course materials. The video lessons are for streaming only and cannot be downloaded or redistributed. You may download certain supporting materials such as professional screenplays for your personal use only.
You agree not to share your login credentials, course content, downloads, or any material from the Course with others. The Course is intended for individual use only.
2. Payments & Refunds
Due to the immediate access provided to the full course content upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once the course has been accessed. All sales are considered final. We encourage you to take advantage of the free masterclass and course overview to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases where a technical issue prevents you from accessing the Course and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. To request assistance, please contact us at info@breakthroughcourse.net within 7 days of purchase. For customers on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. If a payment is missed, you will have 7 days to make the payment. Failure to do so may result in your access to the Course being revoked at the end of that month.
3. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, written materials, templates, and downloads, is the intellectual property of BreakthroughcourseLLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any portion of the Course without express written permission.
4. Disclaimers
We make no guarantees that completing this Course will result in career advancement, employment, or financial success. Your success depends on many factors, including your dedication, effort, and individual circumstances. Results may vary.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Course if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing course content, abusive behavior, or misuse of the Course.
